 Who is it for

• Level 2

This level is ideal if you work, or are about to work,

1. in a supporting role as a nursery assistant,
2. creche worker or special educational needs assistant.
3. You want to work with children, but you’ll generally work under supervision.

Duration:

Minimun 9 months

• Level 3

This level is for those people already working in the Children and Young People sector. For example,

1. you may be working as a childminder,
2. day care supervisor,
3. SureStart worker,
4. community nursery nurse or as a learning mentor.
5. You want to be in charge of children

Minimum 12 months
